AGOGEVR

Defencify VR, powered by AGOGE — available to security companies through Defencify.

For training managers

What you get, and how it fits.

How it works with the training platform you already run, what your administrators control, and what the whole thing leaves behind.

It works inside the training platform you already use

Your officers are already enrolled somewhere. AGOGE VR does not ask you to run a second system alongside it.

When a trainee finishes a scenario, the completion lands in their Defencify record next to the rest of their coursework — same learner, same transcript, same compliance view. Your administrators do not log into a separate place to find out who has trained.

Every attempt is kept on our side, including the ones before the pass. Your record shows the outcome; ours shows the work.

Completion records flow through Defencify. Launching with the platform, Q4 2026.

Your roster, and codes instead of accounts

You add trainees the way you already think about them: individually, or by importing the list you already keep. Each one gets a personal access code and a printable card.

That code is the whole login. No officer types a name, an email, or any personal information into a headset — the code identifies them, and everything personal stays in your admin system where it belongs. A headset that walks off carries no roster.

Reassigning, deactivating and resetting codes are all yours to do, without calling us.

Roster and access codes launch with the platform, Q4 2026.

What it leaves behind — the record

Basic is what every customer gets. Completion and pass/fail, against pass standards your administrators configure per scenario. We ship a default profile for each scenario — visible, not hidden, so you know what “pass” means before you assign the training — and you adjust it to your post. A company that does not issue radios stops counting “used the radio.”

Pro is the coaching layer: a three-axis performance picture per session, an evidence timeline of what happened and when, reaction times, the path the trainee took through the scenario, and trends across their sessions and your roster.

Pro is available through Defencify. Ask them for it. See a sample report →

Reporting launches with the platform, Q4 2026.

The headsets arrive ready

They ship pre-loaded, already tied to your organization, and locked to the training app — a trainee cannot back out into the rest of the device. There is nothing to install, no store account, and no per-headset setup.

You can see which devices are online, where they are, and what version they are running. We manage them remotely; you are not maintaining a fleet.
